an interactive postcard for the 2023 holydays

 while wrapping up oh-nee-tah-mah, I had this urge to experiment with Godot’s 3D environment. and so, I chose the holidays as a loose theme for the next project, and set the xmas day as the deadline.
 on this one I experiment with different ways to conduct the player experience, using sound, camera angles, light sources.  it was my first go at 3D modelling, making use of shaders and building a game through composition (as opposed to inheritance).

 the structure of this project is a great improvement on its predecessor, but it's still barely optimized.
 the level design is lacking, as well. the player is free to the navigate whole level as they please but, in order to trigger the endgame, one has to do some things in a specific order. this resulted in several people getting stuck and being unable to see what it was all about.
 I couldn't figure out how to make a runnable HTML5 export of this one and so, as of now, it can only be run through a downloadble executable.
